hi all. as we all know currently the turtle meta is a game breaker, and many players are frustrated, a friend of mine (Kobus Louw) had a great idea imo
(i know devs are working on it, but who knows, maybe if the player base likes our sugestions, the devs might think about it)
basicaly it is all about breaking the defensive stance or continuos blocking/parrying. there are one of 2 possibilities:
1. if the defensive (turtle) player continuos to block and parry for a certain time (lets say 60secs) without doing an attack (feinting doesnt count) the other player can use a guardbreak to break the turtle stance, as soon as the defensive player reaches certain time of no attacks, the other player's guardbreak is guaranteed, and cant be countered, thus punishing the "too" defensive player.
2. the 2nd is almost the same, only difference would be, when the attacking player has done example 5 attacks, and the defensive player keeps turtling, that the next guardbreak of the attacking player is guaranteed and not counterable.
