Ground and Road Texture all black | Forums

Hi,

I installed for the first time the game yesterday just to realise that i have a serious visual bug.

Here's two screenshots showing the anomaly. The ground textures are missing, car seem to float in the air. Far away the roads and trails looks ok but when approching they change to black.

All latest drivers installed.

I did a fresh install of the game and nvidia driver (With DDU tool)

Reinstalled the game

I tried many graphic settings combinaison

No luck

Win 8.1
i5-4690K
1080 Ti

That's certainly an interesting occurrence, usdmstiRa. I see you've attempted several potential fixes, though it's unfortunate that the issue persists. Have you gone through and verified you game files via Steam and Uplay? If not, please do give that a shot.

If this keeps being a problem, then I definitely recommend getting in touch with Ubi Support in order for the team to work with you in troubleshooting the situation further. Having your dxdiag and msinfo32 system files on hand when you contact them will be a huge help.

I did the "verify game files" no luck, Im in contact with Ubi for that problem and already sent them dxdiag and msinfo32. It's been 2 days without any response from there part.

I recently brought the game about a month ago and it was running fine but now,the ground stutters any where i go. I've uninstalled and reinstalled still no luck. I've also update my graphics cards to the latest AMD driver and i still get the stuttering.

Please can you help me fix this.
