I'm saying sorry in advance if I'm necroposting, but I can confirm Chickenboot's suggestion about changing your username back to the legacy username which is the first username you register with when signing up an Uplay account.
I did that with my username on my account and was able to reobtain all the legacy outfits I had before.
I opened a support ticket to Ubisoft and explained this while referencing to this forum.
I'm not sure whether Ubisoft is aware of this or not, but I hope they can fix this.
THANK YOU SO MUCH! I've been figuring out how to unlock them for 3 days, looked for solutions on google and tried everything but nothing worked. I have a problem with the legacy outfits in Assassin's Creed Black Flag and Rogue. In Rogue i have 4 legacy outfits (Arno's outfit included on those 4), but i don't have Edward's outfit. In black flag i don't have one. I have all the Assassin's Creed since the first to Revelations, i have played them all for at least 40 minutes. I have all of them on Ubisoft Connect app but not in the browser, which is strange. Can someone help me pls, i should have them all in the 2 Assassin's creed but i don't have them. Can someone help me please? I've heard something about legacy name but i don't know what is it.
