I like to practice and hone my skills for different Heroes against bots. In particular, I like to go into HOW TO PLAY>DUEL PRACTICE; Bot3 and just play against Valk. The best thing about this DUEL PRACTICE mode is that there are no rounds, just instant respawning when you or the bot dies, the area is large and open, and there are no environmental hazards. So the dueling is constant without Round animations. However, It would be great to have the ability to change the bot class instead of always facing Valkyrie.
I suggest you either make this an option within custom games, i.e., having the ability to select "Duel Practice," OR add the option to choose your bot's class within the HOW TO PLAY>DUEL PRACTICE mode. Personally I think the custom game mode is a better place to add the option because then we can choose what map to play among other options.
Within this mode it would also be awesome if a death tally was kept the same way wins are when playing with rounds, and the ability to set a running clock or timer.
These two features are helpful gauging progress and comparing user skills. Since the bot plays consistent against all opponents its very easy to compare skills based on some Base 10 Test, i.e. how many times do you kill and die when fighting a particular Bot for 10 min (or whatever.) This is an excellent way to showcase ones skills against an opponent we all can play and compare ourselves to as well as measure our own improvement. Personally I would enjoy watching really strong players' Base 10 Test on Twitch and Youtube. If a mode like this were popular, a Bot level 4 might also be great.
