For Honor Matchmaking

Hi, I've been getting really annoyed with matchmaking lately. I never get into games with similar character rep OR total rep levels between characters. My total rank is 11 and i just faced a team of all 18 rep plus characters. This happens quite often so I cannot even play other characters and get a fair fight, I am required to play my main to even have a chance. Also, I'm near one of the most populated cities in the United States, why does the skill level for matchmaking always go to ALL Skill Levels every time I search for a game even when it says "very high activity" that makes no sense. This is making the game not fun by forcing me to play the same character all the time and not getting to branch out into the other fighting styles. I really hope this gets fixed when season 2 starts because I'll probably stop playing if it doesn't get changed. I'm, sure others are fed up with the matchmaking as well.

Trying a new hard character is virtually impossible in this game, unless you got the patience to go through it, which a very few amount of people have.
