Buff Mods that Aren't Skill Haste Make them Viable

    Options for mods:

    15% Skill Haste

    15K Health (2-3 bullets)

    5% Crit chance

    12% EDR (lol)

All resist. Which is a joke.

Unless in niche circumstances, (1v1's), the utility of 15% skill haste is much stronger than every other option. Please buff the other options so that they can compete.

    Resists are not weak

Especially since they are additive and inverse. We learnt this with Armor.

12% EDR stacks with all other EDR. The more you have the more those 12% will contribute. Same to All Resist.

Health is seen as the strongest stat because it's equivalent worth in terms of Stamina points is the one of the highest for all other stats.

Skill Haste is currently very strong indeed.

On the other hand having 5% more base crit chance is a huge gain on SMG's.

12% EDR is amazing when used with Final Measure and EDR rolls. (I managed to get it to almost 60% but I am missing EDR on the kneepads.)

Mortars, Grenades and even Flamethrowers / Turrets are not a problem at all. And I laugh about Seekers

Health is a close second to skill haste in my opinion. Its worth 1000 points of stamina and therefore a whole gear piece rolled for stamina.

The 15% skill haste are actually only the best option if you have a lot of it in the first place. When you have 0% Skill haste the 15% will be a worse option than either the crit chance or the health rolls.

BUT I have nothing against buffing EDR to maybe 15-20% and crit chance to 9% max.

Health is fine where it is and Skill haste is not always the best option but surely a top dog in the gear mods category.

Skill Power is a bit weak on the mods.

You guys aren't really understanding how incredibly powerful 15% SH is.

and how incredibly not powerful every one of those other bonuses are.

1: it takes 2 majors to get 15% skill haste, for every other stat it's 1 major.

2: Stamina is bad. You gain more toughness with vigorous + booster shot/defib (4 man team) than actual stamina. 15K health( or 22.5K w/vigorous) js 2 bullets. Which makes sense in a 1v1. Not anything else.

3: you cannot get the 15% back anywhere else. You either waste a skill and confine yourself to an ammo cache. Waste an entire player and have a reclaimer. you cannot reach max SH without these mods.

So please continue to use health mods, we will use SH mods. Our triage, and other skills will be seconds faster than yours. We will be more constantly full overhealed, and you will have 15K extra health .

    Lol clam down.

I use them myself as I am using Tac.

You just seem to think its always the best option. For someone having 0% skill haste and 80K skillpower those 15% are a waste.

    Do you get that?

EDIT: They are NOT the strongest in that case...

Getting a cooldown from 60 sec to 53 sec will not help you at all as your heal will still be ****ty and 53 seconds will still be way too long to be used effectievly.

In that case Crit chance for more DPS or health for more survivablitly would be more useful.

... that's when they are the strongest
