why are all the negative threads being ingnored? | Forums

like there is no response to all the complaints about this game also what do the devs think about the probaly biggest playerbase drop in a long time no hate just wanna know but this thread will probaly be ingnored aswell

Not to be all white knight about it, but Ubisoft are probably one of the best games companies at responding and letting the player into their little world that I have ever seen. Try getting a response to anything (or a Developers livestream every week) on something like the EA / Battlefield 1 forums. They will delete a post for having all caps in the title 20 times a day, but never once comment on anything else. They literally admin their forums like their job is just to enforce the conduct rules, they do not interact outside of that role. You haven't been here long enough if you haven't seen the work Noty and Jurassic (just to name two) have put in to communicate with the players on these forums.

Also, at the end of the day, this is just a game, not a life long commitment like a marriage or a 30 year mortgage on a house. If you really don't like the game that much, play another one.

This is why threads get ignored. Grays post answered your questions and brought up good counter points but you're not actually here for that. If people are here just to complain, no one cares, you will be ignored.

While that's not even true, even if it were, the flip side of the coin, which is just posting toxic trash and trolling like you are here, is certainly no better, and you are exactly the kind of person that would make any dev or mod who values their sanity start ignoring comments (not that they do).

They actually do respond to most threads both good and bad.

Where you see individual threads going ignored, I see one thread of 4 on the exact same topic. Three of which already have responses from mods.

In short there actually are responses if you bothered to check deep enough into the forums.

They respond to a ton of negative posts if they have merit and are constructive posts. Posts like "F you Ubisoft, worst company ever your game s**ks, give me my money back!" Probably won't get a response, because it's just whining, theres nothing to respond to.

Also it's the off season, of course there will be a player drop, people are waiting for season 2 to start and new maps and heroes. Not everyone plays only 1 game.

As much as it frustrates me that the PvAI no rewards problem hasn't been fixed yet, and as much as it terrifies me that lots of people might give up because they can't play because of it, I can't complain about Ubisoft not responding. The thread I made about it got a reply from FredEx pretty quickly. They have been replying in several other threads about the same issue too.
