I was free roaming, not even doing a base. I killed everyone, swept the area and it was clear. I started tagging rations and collecting Intel, then my screen goes black and says "Mission Failed: You were spotted." What is this garbage?? I can't even free roam without somehow failing a mission that I'm not even doing. The game loads, and I have to re-do everything prior to that. This needs to be addressed, ASAP.
