I have a similar issue with several of the Bowman's files. I had completed the game, all collectables, full skill tree, every rebel mission. Everything. Then my son tried playing the game, on his own profile. But when I logged back on, my character was back to level 4, and almost everything in the game had been reset. The only indication that I had complete the game at all, was the fact that all the missions were already unlocked, and I had access to all of the weapons. Now I've got everything back to where they were, but several of the Bowman files have not replayed when entering those regions again. I've tried several things to trigger them, fast traveling, walking into the provinces, replaying all the missions, but nothing has worked. I know it seems like a minor issue at this point, but after everything that I was forced to redo, due to a major glitch, it's a real piss off.

I am having the same issue as well. I have replayed the El Boquita mission and it hasn't helped- I will keep trying, maybe going to a new AO after completing it will help- Please respond if anyone knows how to fix this for sure! Thank you.

The matter with the missing Bowman Files still exists. After such a long time Ubisoft should be able to solve this. I am stuck, like many others in Libertad and the missing Bowman File. I cannot complete to 100%. Just do sth. about that - please!

I know this sounds weird but I believe when one of the DLCs dropped it actually reset the trigger events that brought up the bowman briefings. I can't remember which one did it, all I remember is going to a a new area and getting the Bowman speech again, even though I had the intel already. You might want to see if you can get your game to do this or join a coop game with someone who hasn't been to that area yet.

I already joined games, where the territory was not revealed. We even built a new character and flew down there. Whilst the new character got the file I didn't. :/
But I don't get the first part. Do you mean to deactivate one DLC and try it again?

Yea, sometimes reinstalling a DLC component resets certain parameters in game. If you have tried everything else including the Ubi support, you could always try this.

same problem here, I killed El Boquita just by driving over him and used helicopter to finish of the truck from the convoi, but I died right after that moment. Mission accomplished, but no cut scene.
So I guess game progress or the trigger for the cut scene Queen's gambit got stuck here.
I did the mission 3 times again in different ways, but the video was not shown up yet.

Hi,
I have the same issue in two areas, It seems that the achievement does not require the Bowman file to unlock. ,y wife have the same issue, we have been playing co op and the same files is missing for her. the areas is Mojocoyo and Montuyok. We both got the achievement, but still miss a couple of files. Maybe a glitch, maybe the Bowman file is not required. I would still like to have those files. The story is nice to follow.
