I play For Honor on PC, my brother plays on XboxOne,
We use the same Wifi in the same house.
When one of us plays it, our Wifi is temporarily bad for about a week.
Usually our Wifi is fine, I can play game with roughly 10-50 ping.

Hm, not possible.

Software on your XBOX / PC cannot harm your Router connection-wise. I mean, what should the game do? Send out some interference signals?? Sure, Software can block Ports, mess around with some settings, but slower down the connection? And then it "recovers" itself after a week? Come on...

Playing a reaction-based game over WiFi is just... Seriously? LAN: less than 1ms from PC to Router, WiFi: around 4ms from PC to Router. Then WiFi can be interfered by other signals, like WiFi from your neighbors, a Truck running down the street, etc.

I bet it is something different. Stop playing For Honor for a month and see if the problem occurs again.
