Has anyone else noticed that if you use the Peacemaker civil war pistol the iron-sight doesn't line up with where the bullets go?

Seriously, the bullets hit about 1 to 1½ cm above the iron-sight consistently. It's not useless because of that, but this should really get fixed soon; it's pretty damn annoying.

Does this apply for both consoles and PC or just the PC version?
