First of all sorry for my bad english.

Like i mentioned above i only have 10 fps in the entire Game (menu, ingame and in the video at the beginning). I already reinstalled the game twice and all drivers are on the newest version. The Cpu (only) uses 10-20% but before i had this problem it was about 50%.

But the strange think is, when i tab out of the game (I have two monitors) it simply has 60 fps and the cpu uses 50% again, but when i tab in the game it suddenly jumps to 10 fps again.

All settings are on default.

My Computer:

Gtx 1060 6gb
I5-2320 @3ghz
8gbd ddr3 ram
