Is it just me or has Patch 3.5 introduced an overall FPS Drop?

Before Patch 3.5, I would average 55-63 frames per second.

Now, I average around 38-52 frames per second.

Also, Ubisoft: Why do you have to make your games so hard to love? It's like an abusive relationship at this rate. T_T

So, I've tried playing offline on my friend's computer that has the game at 3.0 (he hadn't patched yet) and it definitely runs smoother as - after I've installed the patch for him - his frames per second dropped as well.

Perhaps this should be discussed as it may be a community concern?
