Right now do not buff any characters except Raider cause he needs something after a gb. Now he can only do a zone which takes half of his stamina and some characters can parry it and get rid of guard stance time and he is all ready solved. Maybe not fully but just wait for it.
Anyways until the defensive meta is sloved do not think about buffs so people can open up turtles. After the defensive meta is solved people will open up so people cant just turtle. It will solve so many problems.
So right now don't buff characters that dont have tools to open up people. Kensei, Nobu, Zerker are in the fine spot. LB, Warden, Warlord maybe PK and Valk need a little nerf but not too much; Conq and Shugoki needs some rework. Orochi I think only needs 1 thing and that is take away his guaranteed 2nd light cause it is just too much punish for not blocking 1 light attack. You only have to hit your enemy once and the second is confirmed so basically for one light attack you deal a heavy attack
