Concern about Season2 New Gear Level

Not sure where to really post this, but I was going to ask a question for next week's livestream or just to be answered in general concerning season 2's new gear level.

Due to the randomness of how particular gear is acquired, I have just now at Rep6, got my Berzerker in the gear with the "look" that I wanted and to max gear level. This took some time and a lot of crates to get the pieces with the look that I wanted due to the system you have in place of only being able to change the look of gear of the same gear level. Since I dont like the gold look on my viking gear, I favor more rugged looking skins for things.

Now after all this time, blood, tears, steel (some earned and some purchased), its seems that I am being told all that effort was for not, as I will now have to not only loot a new level of gear with the right stats, but I will also have to find the skins for the gear that I want to have for the look I wish to achieve. This to me seems to be punishing me for my labors in Season 1 without any course of saving the look of my champions.

Personally, I do not like the current system of how items need to be on the same gear level to change their look. I understand it for higher level gear, but certain looks only become available at the higher gear levels. This is fine, but why are we punished for wanting to take the look for lower end gear? I am sure that this new level of gear will have its own unique looking gear, so why make it where the gear can change its look for items of the same gear level and lower, but not higher? This will enable users to have more options to have various looks amoungst all the players, without having a Rep1 champion running around with the look of a Rep7 champion.

As it stands now, this new level of gear seems a rather cheap way to force users into using steal and or buying crates to not only get the new level of gear, but also the look they've already worked towards. I hope you can address this concern and keep champions looking good while killing on the battlefield. Thank You.

SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!, and not even too mention the fact that you can only change the look of an item if you currently possess that particular look, so if you want to salvage your gear you lose that look, I can get over the whole grind for gear thing ubisoft is doing, but I cant get over the consmetic system they have, why should I have to pay steel at all to change the look of my gear?

They should do the whole transmog feature like they do in Diablo 3. Once you pick up a piece it gets added to your transmog list, and stays there forever, you can then apply that to any piece, regardless of gear quality.

Also, transmogging should only cost scrap, not steel too

I agree. We should be able to change look to lower rarity gear. Also change look should only cost salvage. And I do feel that 60 slot inventory is a little small.

"Oh no" more things to do. The developers arent responsible for how you spend your steel. You punished yourself if you thought this game was going to cease evolving and havent been saving the game currency. Also, taking ideas from a dead game where they handed you everything which obliterated any sense of accomplishment is not wise.

I do not like about the upcoming change.
Because my character is thrown straight to the scrapbook with new abilities
(Now it is fast, agile, powerful),
My favorite abilities are eliminated. Not nice.

It seems that there are only characters in the face that are copies of each other
but the combo are different. Stupid limitation.

why revenge is given such a great value? I myself do not like it at all.
