I wish that we could throw knives to get a kill, not distant kill's mind you but CQC kills. There have been several times where there were two guys in a room and I find myself wishing I could sneak up and grab one guy and throw a knife at the other and then eliminate the guy I grabbed. But instead I have to use my gun. Granted if the pistol has a silencer it is still a pretty quiet kill but several times the animation of grabbing the first guy gives the second guy time to get half a mag into me or his partner before I regain control of my character.
