I've been in plenty of games where our team can consistently lock down points and own them for a majority of the match's run time. But it always boils down to team deathmatch when both teams start breaking. Then whichever team nutcups harder "wins", in spite of the objective.
Yeah. The strategy is run like a lunatic when more than 2 competent people come to your point. It's fun to run, right?

Yes more strategy, ganking with 4 people can work, but a coordinated team can keep most zones capped and make a gank squad break first, then group up, and win the match even though the other team is 15-2 and your team is all around 6-7.

That's strategy, running head first into 3 enemies, blocking 3 hits and hitting god mode and killing all 3 of them isn't strategic, it's broken.

Rhodri you're an admitted rage quitter for the sole purpose of trying to make games glitch out because you're such a poor sport, your opinion on anything to do with this game can't be taken seriously. You don't even know what strategy is.

Before spamming zones might let you kill everyone around you in one hit if they wern't defending..NOW spamming zones means you might hit a couple, but not kill, and most will be looking to defend against the zones after that.
Exactly, revenge no longer comes with invincibility. You still have to fight and defend. Not mash.

Of course it boils down to deathmatch, that's literally how the mode is designed and has nothing to do with revenge. You get a substantial point lead, then kill your enemy. Especially if both teams are breaking...why wouldn't it be "team deathmatch?" What should happen instead? Also, what is nutcupping? I feel like you say this in every single post and even with context i can't make any sense of it.

I'm actually enjoying the revenge nerf. I don't have to be so bloody tentative when helping an ally, and it's not the end of the world if I get hit by a revenging enemy anymore. I've actually taken to a Feat CD, non-revenge build as my LB, and I'm enjoying if quite a bit (although he doesn't have an active T1 feat worth a damn. T1 is a passive, *ALWAYS*). Before 1.5/1.6, you either built for revenge, or you were doing it wrong. At least now it feels like there are options.

Nah, it's still build for revenge. Except now gang-banging cucks rule as opposed to anyone with skill.

If you can't deal with gang-banging cucks then you don't have skill.

    That guy is 100% right.

I can handle myself just fine in a 2v1 and can usually GTFO of a 3v1 with the help of Revenge.

Notice how I said HELP of revenge. Because for the 1000th time I am having to tell you this

REVENGE IS NOT SUPPOSED TO HAND YOU KILLS ITS SUPPOSED TO HELP YOU GET THEM

The fact that you still REGULARLY still see people whoop up on gankers in a 2v1 should tell you all you need to know. Its possible. Its VERY possible. All you have to do is go through the trouble of learning how to play properly once you get revenge instead of wildly swing your Zone Attack or Overhead heavy like a drunken caveman.
