I have had this problem for quite a while now and it completely ruins the game for me. I have played one game and recorded every instance of it happening, here are the results (Me and The shugoki both had green NAT type).

I knew I wasn't seeing things. Every time this happens people act like I don't know how the game's basics work. I got hit by storm rush and other slow attacks repeatedly last night despite being in the correct guard before the attack even started. There's definitely problems with the netcode that seems to allow clients to ignore block.
