Eh...just watched a vid clearly showing a Hurricane Blast tracking after an opponent dodged, so dodging can't work (at least not consistently).
You have to dodge right before the heavy come out, dodging right away lets it track you. If you get the right timing, I’m pretty sure you get a free GB as well
