We get games with horrible ping in Russia instead of games in East coast America??? I have to VPN to America just so I can play.

I get that when playing with people in my own region. Although usually the framerate dies a few seconds before hand.

I fell your pain. I can only really play at certain times otherwise the game starts to fell really laggy when connected to people from russia and turkey and god knows where else (no offense meant they are just very far from me). Maybe it is for the best though :P
