Which class's are gender locked for example I wanna choose a female Samurai.

No, equal amount. One hero per faction is locked to female, one is locked to male, the rest can be swapped.

Centurion will be locked in as male.

And Shinobi can male and female

Male locked:

Lawbringer
Warlord
Shugoki

The rest can be switched between male and female.

These are ALL current gender locked classes I know of. Hope this helps!
