Again be constructive, what exactly is it you want me to change? Be precise and concise, please.

    Stats are just random numbers.
If you care about the community and want it to grow, you should stay in the game and finish it, no matter the outcome.

Your focus on stats is the exact reason people are ragequitting. i.e. they cannot stand to see their stats below a certain threshold.
Stats are just random numbers...lol. Ya theres no record being kept of those numbers...just random..

Some people care about stats others dont...Does it really bother you that someone wants the stability to be fixed so their stats arent skewed one way or the other? Many times people stay an entire match and then quit right at the end to avoid a loss. Why do I care? Why would you care? Thats their choice. OP joined into an already doomed game, if you care about your W/L, why stay in a losing game that you had zero influence in? Youre going to blame someone for opting out of that match? I certainly would not.

Not like their asking for the game to be broken even more...

I hate being thrown in to an already over match also, but I accept the silver lining and take the points.

Well I understand your argument. And you are also right that the numbers are not totally random, but its just random numbers, that really does not indicate anything.
For example, I let my children play on my accounts, does that mean that my statistics are an accurate representation of my skill?
Another example, in Wargame, you get to control the leavers units, but you take the hit on the stats when the game is over.
Since I (almost) never ragequit, I have **** stats in Wargame, because I do not quit. I also have **** stats because I like to play scenarios with my less abled friends, and I do not mind losing because I enjoy playing.
And this is the core of the problem.
When I was young (lol) it was hard to find someone to play with, so we where for the most part, just happy to play with someone, them being noob, lagging etc. did not matter, we wanted to play.
Today it seems you are allowed only to play in a pre-planned cookie cutter way, if your team is not playing EXACTLY the way you want it, they will rage and probably quit.
That leaves no room for creative meta or experiemtns, i.e. it takes the fun out of gaming. (And this is a game right?)
Now this problem is not a Ubisoft or For Honor problem, it is a general evolution (or devolution ) of the community as a whole.
Just like society we have become fragmented and divided. We group with people that only agrees with us, and we can do this today because of the number of people on the internet.

My point is, that having a good game is more important to me, than having some random numbers in my profile. (Now would I get a reward from these numbers, my stance would be different however, but right now, the numbers does no give you anything but epeen.)

Some people like keeping their stats accurately recorded because it shows your progress. If my W/L ratio is 50% and I improve it to 60% then obviously I've improved at the game because I'm winning more. Some people like to keep track.

I can understand that, and I am not saying that is not viable.
But the current state of the game, as well as the consequences for bad statistics, just make it futile to focus your attention on something that has no impact.

Im not wasting my time either, quitting games to avoid a loss. I personally dont care. But I also dont think people leaving to avoid a loss matters to me either. I mean if someone rage quits against me, my epeen usually grows quite large. Now if it happened every game, because there was an actual incentive to quit to maintain you W/L, then ya I would have a huge problem with it.

Use some common sense and realize that the game doesn't have enough players for it to do this

They are currently scraping the bottom to have enough players for lobbies.

In a lot of regions, even after everything, game fails to find enough players for a single game except peak hours. I bet they count on people coming back at season two, but those who quit will not stick around after they see nothing is fixed.

It was said in a recent Warriors Den that it has been made that you can't be placed into a game that is more than 2 minutes old, but I don't believe this is the case. I'm still getting placed into Round 2 of a lost Elimination or at the end of a lost Dominion. I'm obviously replacing a guy who has just rage quit because of how badly the game is going. On the other hand I have occassionally replaced a bot in a game in progress where we have a clear lead and it's a free win. Either way though, I would much rather be in a game from the start and have the opportunity to steer the course of it.
You would correct that it shouldn't be placing you in matches more than 2 minutes old. I'm making a note of the issue for the team.
