Just got put into ANOTHER match that was basically over.


I got put into a match where the score was 923 - 138 and as soon as I got in 2 of my teammates left leaving me with 3 bots as teammates.



You guys are risking the stability of already established lobbies by putting us into those situations because obviously the majority of people (Myself included) are gonna leave that match.


We don't wanna take a loss for a match we never even got to play. I mean come on guys this is BASIC matchmaking rules.

That being said, MM and general multiplayer sucks in this game.
I bought it for the online play, and I have a effectively play ratio of 5:1 i.e. i spend 5 times more waiting for a game than playing the game.

I will not take a negative hit on my stats because a matchmaking systems sucks.

It was said in a recent Warriors Den that it has been made that you can't be placed into a game that is more than 2 minutes old, but I don't believe this is the case. I'm still getting placed into Round 2 of a lost Elimination or at the end of a lost Dominion. I'm obviously replacing a guy who has just rage quit because of how badly the game is going. On the other hand I have occassionally replaced a bot in a game in progress where we have a clear lead and it's a free win. Either way though, I would much rather be in a game from the start and have the opportunity to steer the course of it.

It's balls, and it happens to me all the freaking time. I think if you join any match already in progress, a loss shouldn't count towards your stats, and you should get a small steel 'reject pool' bonus if you see the match through. Might incentivize sticking around.

Grow up?
Again be constructive, what exactly is it you want me to change? Be precise and concise, please.

Stats are just random numbers.
If you care about the community and want it to grow, you should stay in the game and finish it, no matter the outcome.

Your focus on stats is the exact reason people are ragequitting. i.e. they cannot stand to see their stats below a certain threshold.

Yep I've had that. Good thing stats don't really count for anything in this game yet. I got a loss for that. At the time I was just levelling up a Warlord, so I was in Player vs AI. I had been doing really well on him (surprise surprise) and that DEFEAT screen ruined his 100% win rate. He's still 'only' on 95% now
