You only need to look at tournament results and see for yourself, so far warlord has dominated practically every tournament, he was only briefly dethroned when Shugoki's oni cheese was discovered, and now after it's been removed Warlord's again back to the top.Originally Posted by CoyoteXStarrk Go to original post

And?
A hero is good therefore nerf it? Are you serious?
There's a big different between "good" and "overpowered". You have to ask yourself this question: Do Warlord really need a 500ms headbutt and has practically zero windup from dash on PC, hyper armor on heavies, recovery so short that he can instantly go into headbutt from a whiffed running jumping attack, fast zone attack that can kill opponent on critical health when no other character can (nobushi theoretically can do but unless abusing unlock, her zone attack is much slower than warlord), and a throw that push your opponent half a stadium away from any direction.'Originally Posted by CoyoteXStarrk Go to original post
Oh and have I mentioned that currently headbutt is also a sort of 50/50 in practice because it's so fast and comes out practically instantly from neutral so you never know when it's coming and thus it's extremely hard, nigh impossible to dodge on reaction, so Warlord can either GB you or headbutt you.
Yeah fair enough. Maybe I need more time to adjust, but so far im having serious trouble with the lag and predicting if hes going for a light or GB after the shove. Fired up the bot to practice with and no probs, but online it feels like I cant react to him at the same pace hes dishing it out, like hes able to dish out 6 moves in the time I can dish out 4 or something, if that makes any sense. Kinda like fighting him is like slowly losing a war of attrition. Maybe im being to hasty with it, probably just leave him for a while and see where the cards fall with win % and stuff...Originally Posted by UrWaifuAintReal Go to original post

Protected Heavies? Yes.
Powerful ZA? Yes.
The guy has almost no combos. He is predictable as hell, and his only saving grace is he can turtle up and hope he can out trade his opponents. Yeah he is good in the hands of a pro, but to the average player? He is not OP in their hands.
I say all of this as a Bezerker main. Because I am not so blind as to call anything I lose against OP. If its ACTUALLY OP then yeah you will get my vote, but the Warlord is not OP.
He is a high tier hero, but not OP.
Nobody use combo at high level play because it's just asking to be parried, so in practice Warlord's lack of combo means nothing.Originally Posted by CoyoteXStarrk Go to original post
And warlord even after my proposed nerfs won't even need to turtle, he still has his headbutt, insanely fast side lights and zone.
The competitve community disagree with you, hell even Petemoo and SypherPK who've been using Warlord to win tournies are saying that Warlord is ridiculously broken.I say all of this as a Bezerker main. All of those stats just tell me you play a lot, playing a lot doesn't mean you know what you are talking about.Originally Posted by Maxime_Qc- Go to original post
If you've seen my posts about brawl you would know I'm pretty much against "ganking" for the most part unless it's been determined that it's not going to be a honor match. Look no matter how you think I get my wins is honestly irrelevant. Like I said I'll 1v1 you any day to prove my point. Every thread you start complaining about one thing or another is immediately shut down by the majority of players telling you why your complaints are unwarranted and it's because you don't know what you are talking about. You got lucky and picked the most overpowered character and played In the most overpowered way possible. You've had it easy for far too long and now you are butt hurt that ubi is balancing the game.

Zone Attack first strike is now set up as a light attack to trigger an interrupt reaction on block.
Cancelling a blocked Zone attack while in Revenge will now force an exit of 600ms preventing you from attacking again.
[Bug Fix] Zone Attack UI indicator will now correctly start at the beginning of the animation instead of 100ms later.
You block zone its your turn, if pk decide to mash light after blocked zone attack you should always beat it.
Also if pk whiffs first light atacks like they used to you can punish quite easy if you outspace it (getting orochi top around 80% of the time). If he whiffs second light or you manage to dodge it - you have free guardbreak.. ye thats how big recovery is in it now..
I guess so many people are to conditioned to dont press buttons against pk and just fish for parry. Because she used to be safe on whiffs or even ******ed as people was whiffing first lights into seconds on purpose and, + frames after blocked za. It doesnt work like that no more if you still respect her after whiffs and blocked za, and not taking your turn its your fault.
Flicker is still ******ed but devs allready said its getting fixed so..
