I dunno, lb is pretty powerful right now, very versatile moveset. Openers, parry attacks, a 50/50 if you dont dodge the shove, fairly fast lights, pair that with someone who can parry lights you literally have to be Leonardo to beat him (tmnt refrence hehe). Valk has a lot of punishment, her jump in is punishable with a free gb, he sides too believe but not 100% on that granted her combos are spectacular and damn near everything can get chained into a sweep lol, which again the sweep is supremely punishable. Pks strong suit is her manueverabilty, probably spelt that horribly forgive me please lol, while the moveset is pretty lackluster, she has great chase, and one of the most punishing dodges in the game but turtle up, bait well, and you can punish her 75% of the time otherwise id just sit there and stare (btw im on console and parry pk lights about 50-60%of the time, makes me really want to try this game st 60fps or greater on pc because i can block em even better than i can parry em atm, but im workin on it). Im not even gonna talk about warlord, the king of the turtles, imo hes the strongest character right now, and while I dont play him much, talking about him would make me sound like a fanboy lol. I wouldnt even put warden up there, hes good, most of the heros are if used skillfully, theres a reason he doesnt win tourneys. I dont know why people dont talk up nobushi, shes another really versatile hero, and now that hidden stance was made like full block that dodge in startup is something amazing, team that together with removing the guard cursor, and being able to drop it into a kick that can open a turtle up for a free poke bleed shes pretty slick. Sidewinder strikes hit hard and fast and a zone thats cancelable after the first attack so you can combo other moves with it, she should be top tier.
This almost never happens. This one off scenario of a shug and an LB being able to trap a character like that will only happen when it's 2v1. You can take any 2 characters that have a knock down and that with them or even any 2 characters with a spammable unblockable. We aren't playing the same game really, you are honestly playing at a low level. That's not me insulting you but based on the concerns you've brought up (PKs nerfs, revenge nerfs, power up nerfs, assassins neutral guard, and a few others I can't think of at the top of my head) I can tell that you aren't very good. Kensie - I honestly thought it was one of the most balanced characters in the game before the buff. It's very powerful now. I don't think it was needed but I've not run into a pile of really good kensie either.
LB is being played way way more, and is def has a huge buff. Move set is nice and varied so people rarely can react in time to prevent the bash - light or even GB. Overall I like LB. I played against 4 of them last night. It was horrid. The feats, made it practically unfun. The 3rd tier bomb one is very difficult to get out and the cool downs seem very small. I'm not sure if FEATS count towards the STR of the character though. I'd wish more people went with protected revive. I really like that one and it's unique but you do end up getting the @#$ beat out of you (maybe lb could use def buff during revive). One complaint I have heard about him is his rediculas speed. He can keep up and catch assasins. Now that he has a massive buff, perhaps he could be slowed down so he can outrun everyone?
You forgot Warden. Nerfs didn't affect him, still almost god tier.
Lawbringer sucks for so many due to the passivity of many players. If you fall for it and go into the offensive - what is always bad just worse against lawbringer - you are in for some severe punishement. Because due to netcode delay etc. you are getting hit. It might help to get your friend from next door to a custom game and realize p2p netcode can be awesome when there is like zero latency. But it will suck during 90% of your matches when there is higher delay because you do not play against someone that is further away.
Besides, there are some other characters in dire need of some love ...

If you're gonna reply, do it with constructive counter argument, not something that seemed like it was written by a 12 years old, warlord's long been widely considered to be the most broken hero in the game, even by people who've used him to win tournaments.
Oh and yeah, I forgot, his throw distance also needs to be nerfed to the ground.
