ok I was viking when I created my account and I always was and still I am and I only got 3 loot crates at the final season reward as this video at 4:30 minutes to 5:05 minutes shows that 1st place "viking suppose to get 12 ornament 5 crates and 3 emblems I got ONLY 3 stupid crates are you joking around ?

please tell me if the video is a lie or that my account is gliched cause I want my reward

I got the game in middle of the season not sure if it affect it
