The save files inside folder 1771 are the saves for the game. These are what needs to be copied. You can also copy the whole folder including the saves to another location.
The long alpha numeric number is the ubisoft save folder for all their games. If you have other Ubisoft games, there will be other folders with different numbers inside the long alpha numeric folder.
Turn on file name extensions in the view tab for windows explorer if you haven't already as this will make it easier to identify whats a folder and a file. The save files for Wildlands will have .save after a number eg 1.save.
Wildlands now has 2 saves for each save profile. There is also a save for your settings.
