when my team spot a heavy they say they've spotted a tango with a minigun.
i thought this was a bug / glitch but its actually a leftover from when heavies DID carry miniguns! at some point miniguns got swapped for lmgs but the audio wasnt changed as well.

if you go to skills screen and look at the drone noisemaker tab there is a looped video showing how it works. the heavy in the vid is holding a minigun at his hip.

do we want hanheld miniguns back or just the audio/vid mentioning them removed? hmmmmmm

Now that you mention it, I think it has been changed. And I think it's a good change. Because these guys were walking and spraying their mini-guns with 95% accuracy from 100+ meters. Not sure if that's actually possible while on the move.

I for one am very glad they decided to take away the miniguns.

I always thought that this comment was made for enemies who are manning a mounted minigun, which can be found on most maps and some vehicles.
