[PC]no AI Game reward and no players | Forums

hey, i have a problem. i bought the game on april 28 ignoring the thredas about serverproblems. But im not sure if it is a problem with the server or me.

since these two days i cant find players in matches. it does not matter if 1v1 or brawl or deathmatch or even 4v4xAI the game will search players for ever.
after 30 minute of searching and still not a single person found i canceled it and made 1vsAI. so far im suck at this game but thats the only thing i can do?
after the botmatch there is this message my rewards cant be recieved coz servers are whatever.
so this happens since i bought the game. what is this? do i miss something, or do i rly threw my money out of the window!?!

there is problemes with Vs IA game mode since the last week... (but the 1vs IA hasn't worked since the release in febuary...)

Duel vs AI never gave me any reward (order, XP, steel) but now it's the same for other modes and I can't find anyone in PVP (Open NAT in green).
