I got an email stating that Ubi assumed my case had been resolved since they haven't heard from me in 4 days.

STILL NO WAR REWARDS.

I updated my case file and asked them to please not close it untill I get my rewards.

Not sure what else to do at this point. Can't believe it's such a hassle to get rewards that you earned.

We send pictures etc to prove we haven't gotten the rewards. Why did you make us form an Ubi account when we bought the game if you can't manage that account and see what rewards we got etc.??
