Why does this feat not work half the time??

The feat works just fine.

You sure because I've used it 3 times without it working but I had to wait for the cool down. So I have to wait for cool down but don't get to use it? Yeah "works just fine"

It works fine as far as I know. When you activate it, you get increased damage reduction for a short period of time.

If you believe the feat is bugged for you, please report the bug to support and we will look into it.
If you have a video clip of the bug, please attach that as well as clips always help us to really clearly see the problem as it occurs.

It works fine as far as I know. When you activate it, you get increased damage reduction for a short period of time.

Yes I know that. But when I activate it I don't get the defense buff or the slower running speed. I just get to watch it activate and then go to cool down. I get no benefit from it or negative effect. I just waste a feat slot

Bugged or not, I think the feat belongs in the garbage bin.
