Solution to our rebel vehicle drop-off woes

Instead of spawning the vehicle in a random spot. Use the same "location designated" function for rebel Diversion.

Yeah, I saw this suggested a few times before. I think this could definitely work....But at the very least I just hope they improve the spawns.

I'm sure they could make it work.

Optimally, I would prefer they spawn the vehicle a good distance away and actually have the rebels drive/fly to you location for the drop off. The first I played the game and called in a vehicle expecting that to happen. Sat and watched my mini-map and waited for sometime thinking, "what the hell is taking the rebels so long". Then I realized, it had spawned in some thick brush behind me.

I always wished that would of happened as well. Would of been so cool. Right now it's sort of just implemented like an air drop. But instead of actually seeing it drop from the sky with a chute or something, it just spawns on the ground out of nowhere with a flare. Rather disappointing I suppose.

Yeah, they could have done more with the airdrops. The intel could have been a yellow target area designation (like some missions) and once you arrive in the target zone, you actually observed a plane fly over and chute it in. There are a lot of ideas of things like this that would have add to the experience.

They are looking into the spawning currently. These are great insights on how it could be delivered.

Sorry....can't help but laugh at that response. Even more laughable is that no game dev thought of anything better than the random drop garbage that exists now.
But wait...even more laughable (yes, I know...could it be any more laughable?) are the places my vehicles end up, including right on me!
Nothing done yet.. Still looking into it? Wow!...fix this already Please.

No, how about we fix the issue with the planes and choppers. Especially the planes, I mean seriously, I can fly into a base, cut the power, and drop it vertically without taking damage. The chopper is a see-saw battle from point A to B. Let's fix this first, hell, fix both things at the same time. How hard can it be to add a marker to where your vehicle will drop to, that is if you won't give us the option to call it in like we do mortar attacks.
