Lawbringer can thrown 4 (or 3 ?) grenades who deal a good amount of damageswith little cooldown.
Peacekeeper can kill everyone near her when she die
The viking flask is nearly undodgeable because of it's large area
Orochi and nobushi can set up a trap, that can't be destroyed and is really hard to spot, for very high amount of damage
Arrow storm wil kill or highly damage everyone in a very large area the same way the catapult is launched
The catapult have the smallest area, you can make a little dodge and be out of the area and damage drop fast if you are not in the center
I don't see anything wrong with the catapult.

I want to address the meaning of over powered moves.
For something to be OP it need to meet all of the following criteria:
It needs to be Unblockable/unreactable, possess a low risk, high reward, and also must be readily accessible for any encounter.

So in that light, the odd thing I find Ian that the only feats that possess all of these traits are the defensive/survival feats. (Heals and damage mitigation) as they have no risk attached with using them, reward with added survivabilty and are relatively short in cool downs comparably.
You can't prevent someone from using them or the success of the action like you can the offensive ones.
Lastly, this is highly a lrn2play issue. For those that cry balance issues, go take a good look at world of Warcraft's nerf/buff history. The trend there is that game has been out for well over 15 yrs, yet they are STILL balancing classes. You'd have figured the wow devs of all people would have had that **** figured out. At what point does it stop being valid tweaks to keep gameplay fair, and become just a mess of updates that pander to the loudest whiners that feel they are doing poorly because they can't grasp simple mechanics.

If you are having problems with your reaction timing, how about go play through the campaign on realist, it's surprising how much better you will be at reading and opponent since you can't rely on a little red indicator or a hud to gimp you through life. Every character has a particular animated fighting style. If you pay more attention to that and less to that indicator, you will notice a difference. That same thing applies to the feats. Learn to read you're opponent.

IMO the people *****ing about this are the idiots I saw in mmos who couldn't get out of ground telegraph AoE. This feat is no different and has relatively the same time period to react.

How about instead of complaining that something is op because it kills you, you learn to adapt and not be so blind to what's going on around you during a match.
    Lol noobs
