Hi there!
Changing Faction will remove your right to receive Faction War Rewards related to the Current Round. Season Rewards will also be lost if you change after its First Round.
If you have NOT changed factions, and are still missing this, please contact support.ubi.com by clicking on "Contact Customer Support".
Attach a screenshot of your missing reward, and we will look into this!
