[ps4] Never faction changed, no season rewards? | Forums

Bought the game in late march, have been w/ vikings since i could first choose factions. How do i go about redeeming my faction rewards [the ornaments,i only received 3 crates.]? Am i excluded since i purchased the game after the first day of the first round? -NietZsky
