    Missing attachment G36C

Still shows as locked both in loadout and store, but I do have the weapon since first week of game. The only way I was able to unlock any rewards at first was to, just make a new character with Cloud Sync turned off then turn it on and everything unlocked. So let me know what you think support. Not a big deal, but wanted to let you know it may still be there for some people. yeah did the whole verify game files, sync off then on still then same, thanks.

    [Weapons] Missing attachment G36C [FIXED]

    • It can be noticed that the G36C Folded Buttstock location is unavailable ingame. This attachment is available through the Ubisoft Club reward program. This issue has been fixed with TU3.

I was wondering if it was also locked in Narco Road as I've been using the G36C, but not the folding buttstock for it. So I changed to the DLC and to loadouts, and yes it was unlocked along with the Stoner LMG folding buttstock, which both are locked in my main game. In both the store and loadouts. I already posted about this with all the screen shots not here. I think I'll have to do what I did to unlock all the stuff in the first place. Which again is in another post I did. So you will have to look it up.

Found the fix in my post

Got the same result. All unlocked items were gone.
But seems re-creating 1.save is the key. In my case, I successfully got all rewards by the following steps.

NOTE: You will lose all customized key bindings since those configuration data is in 1.save file. So you need to re-configure key bindings again.

    1) Launch Uplay in online mode.
    2) Deactivate cloud save synchronization if enabled (Un-check "Enable Could Save Synchronization for supported games" in General settings)
    3) Go to "<Uplay-folder>\savegames\<user-id>", and backup "1771" folder, then rename "1771" to "grwbackup".
For example. if you installed Uplay client into C:\Program Files (x86), it is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\<user-id>". Go to there, and copy "1771" folder to somewhere for your safety, then rename it.

    4) Launch GRW, then check "unlocked xxx" message on the screen
If you can see "REWARD EARNED!" notification messages by Uplay, you successfully unlocked rewards.

    5) Exit the game
You can find new "1771" folder in "<Uplay-folder>\savegames\<user-id>", so now you have "1771" and "grwbackup" folders.

    6) Copy "1.save" and "1.save.upload" files in "1771" folder to "grwbackup" folder, then replace those files
    7) Delete "1771" folder
    8) Rename "grwbackup" folder to "1771"
Now you have new "1.save" and "1.save.upload" files created in step 4, and also the original save data files(2.save and etc.) in "1771" folder.

    9) Launch GRW again, then check unlocked items in loadout and appearance

    10) Exit the game. Enable cloud sync again if need
If Uplay/the game asks you, use LOCAL save files instead of CLOUD save files

Update for everyone still having this issue, do the following to unlock both the G36C and the Stoner LMG.

Had to buy the two stocks in the store to unlock them. G36C and the Stoner LMG. Then I opened a support ticket chat. Told them what I did and showed them my other posts and screen shots. They put the 520 credits back into my store account. Very easy to do as they know it's still and issue with some people. Just a screen shot of both locked, with Pucara also showing you have collected all the weapon accessories. Then buy the stocks in the store and take two more screen shots showing them now unlocked. As you start the support ticket, add each screen shot one at a time as they have a 5 mb upload limit. Took about 15 minutes to complete everything.

Except that this means people have to spend another 5.00 which never comes back to them (virtual currency).

This workaround also won't work for people who have been avoiding the store and micro-transactions because these particular stocks *should* be available in the base game.

    The point being:

UBISOFT... Put the item in the rewards section to unlock like the instructions say in game.

The only thing it cost me was 15 minutes. Not sure how I "lost" $5 doing it, as I received a credit. If you spend "real" money then they will refund you they same way. Ubisoft not going to post that anywhere. That's why I did the post. Who cares if you don't want to do this or not. Maybe other people will take the few minutes to, like me and get the items, no loss of anything.
Season Pass Holders were given 800 credit for free, so I'm not out anything, and have my 800 credits still there.

Wrong support said I would have received the cash refund back to my credit card if I had bought store credits instead of using the ones there. It just takes a longer time as it has to go through accounting to get a cash or credit refund. Get your facts straight before shooting your mouth off.
