My Nat is unknown again.
I managed to fix it temporarily by resetting both my modem and PS4 but after turning my console off to eat dinner it is now back to unknown Nat type and connection quality
my main problem now is that resetting isn't fixing the problem anymore
( P.s I already made a ticket they haven't gotten back to me yet )

Same here resetting did the trick the first time but now when I started up the game again nada zero zilch!

Literally just had this problem again.
Here's what I did.

Turn off Ps4
Hold down power to start Safe Mode
Rebuild database

Worked for me.
