I'm calling Ubisoft support tomorrow and demanding a refund on Season Pass. I messaged them 24 hours after purchasing Pass same day as Narco Road and the cowards would respond. I'm not just *****ing anymore, I'm gonna take action and suggest everyone else in here does as well. I EMPHASIZE IF Don't agree, then F#%*@ off OUT OF THIS THREAD. If you agree, and sick of *****ing to be ignored in forum, google Ubisoft customer service and regardless the result call and let Ubi know every bit of your grievance as it's on recorded line and they can hear it for themselves. Ubi Customer Support number (919) 460-9778
As I said in another thread, all these "suggestions" ... did you read patch 3.5? Did you? That was like 4-5 weeks since last patch, and in that time they have managed to fix/change about 9 insignificant things in a month and people are asking for all kinds of detailed improvements. They don't even answer community on huge consensus concerns. Lol. They aren't gonna improve the game. They had this stuff packaged ready to release and it's not even a project anymore aside one guy who patches a few frame drops every month.
Why would you buy a season pass in the first place? Do you buy other things that you have no idea what they are like Clothes, Food or Drinks?Originally Posted by CC-Paramedic Go to original post
Putting blind faith into something is always a risky business.
That's not relevant. Do people usually sell products before delivering them? Yes. The "that will teach you" argument is childish. I'm actually serious and I gaurentee that I'll get more done and questions answered than the people who stay in here begging for Ubisoft to pet you on the head and read your suggestions that they don't care about. I'm actually suggesting something for people who seriously want an issue addressed and not just sucking Ubi off. So **** off out of this thread as well.Originally Posted by Flaw3dGenius23 Go to original post

As disappointed and confused as I am over Narco Roads I'll maintain a wait and see for the next DLC drop. If it follows the same path as NR, which I pray it doesn't, I'll chalk it up as lesson learned. This is what a mature person does, you might want to give it a try, far less stressful.
