EDIT: Yep everything is working for me on PS4. Waited about 25secs and immediately got put into a Dominion PvP match.

Awesome progress on Pc.
I have green nat again,but the matchmaking has been running for 10 minutes to find a dominion match with "very high activity". Sure, very high, must be on weed at max but definately not on players.
