Hello everyone, I was so excited viking won the season 1 and was waiting for my faction reward so bad but I did not received anything, meanqhile others did. Why is that? I changed factions between rounds and some people say that thats why I didnt receive anything, but I also read that even if they switched factions they received the rewards anyways. Help please

I'm viking since the beginning and didn't got the all the rewards, just the crates and the emblem outline, but not the head ornaments.

Changing Faction will remove your right to receive Faction War Rewards related to the Current Round. Season Rewards will also be lost if you change after its First Round. If you have NOT changed factions, and are still missing this, please contact support.ubi.com by clicking on "Contact Customer Support". Attach a screenshot of your missing reward, we will look into this! Thanks!
