Recently with the completion of this season I was excited to be gifted a silver border for emblems as I was on the samurai faction and had not changed at all during the season. On the day the war ended I was given the message declaring it's completion but I was not given any rewards. On the map in the top right corner it notified me that the off season had began and so I switched to vikings because I like their emblem shape better. Although the war had already ended I think switching after voided my rewards and I am dismayed to see I can no longer get any. Could I please be reimbursed for the samurai 2nd place faction war rewards? I do not know why I was not given them and I did not switch till after it was announced over therefore I think I should still get the rewards for last season. Please reply if possible and it would be great if I could get some help here.

I have the same situation but on the contrary, i changed faction twice between rounds 2 and 4, but I saw some comments that even if they switched faction they received their faction rewards, and i received nothing. can you help us please?

When switching faction its say you lost reward for round (not season).My friend change 4x faction and he got season reward and i switch 2x and dont got season reward and scavenger crates.So i send ticket to support and answer is: if you change faction you are not allowed to obtain season reward Big joke when peoples who switching faction many times get reward and you not . Dont w8 for reward or support help because they will not help you.

I'm viking since the beginning and didn't got the all the rewards, just the crates and the emblem outline, but not the head ornaments.
