Ive been trying to get the ports open for this game for months, and ill try give it another go as ive come back in prep for the new heroes/ executions.
(Im exremely new to this and have no idea what im doing!)
If I have a dynamic IP by default, do I need to make it static in order to open ports for this game?
And if I need to make it static, should I try find some setting to do it in the router, or is an application like PortForward ok to do it? thanks

Umm, I'll be totally honest - I'm not sure. I'll ask around but it might take a bit to get an answer.
What I'll suggest is to ask support as they should have much more insight into this.
