When you have so many people working across different departs, branches, and countries - not everyone is always plugged in with the latest updates and information. Please understand that they were probably just doing their best to help you with the problem you were reporting and may not have realized that we were having issues with our server on our end.

I apologize for the inconvenience that you had to go through, and for all the troubles everyone had to endure while we worked through all of today's (mis?)adventures.

So right now - NAT server issues should be fixed! PC's should not be crashing! (message me if you still are) Consoles updated! All Ubi servers functioning! All lights green and ready to go!

Unfortunately, I'm getting an Unknow NAT issue on PC as well. Which is weird because it has never happened to me before, and I was able to play earlier today. I was able to connect to a 1v1 with AI, but after I completed the match it tried to connect, then gave me a message talking about not being able to connect. My Interent is fine and I can use every other game I own. I also tried restarting my game and computer. If you coulld help or at least inform me if the servers are having issues it would be appreciated. Thanks!

Well... It actually works now, lol. I don't know if the servers were having issues or what, but you can ignore my issue haha.

What did you do to resolve?!

I'm getting the unknown NAT type issue now as well. I downloaded the 1.06 patch yesterday and had the crashes that everyone was reporting. I submitted a ticket and waited for today's patch.

I downloaded the hotfix just now and my NAT is unknown when it was Moderate before the patch. I never had any connectivity issues before 1.06 was deployed.

I can't connect to any multiplayer games vs AI or vs Player. I let my PC sit for several minutes thinking maybe it was a bugged UI element, but the search criteria on MM screen never changed.

I'm going to reboot, verify game files, and then submit another ticket.

I don't know if it will help anyone else but I restarted my PS4 and it resolved my NAT issue.

Make sure to reboot everyone! If you rebooted and it didn't resolve the unknown NAT issue - PM me and report it to support so we can investigate and figure out what's going on.

After many reboots NAT is still unknown. Was green from day one.

I did not have this issue after 1.06

Now after the 100mb patch you deployed to *fix* it, I also have that unknown NAT problem...
