Your servers going down is all to common event which you apologize for by granting people free champion status... I would happily take NOTHING for you to fix whatever is causing these issues.

Despite granting people Champion status you have neglected to fix a MAJOR problem that has exited since the Beta. In VS AI duels I for one have never received any rewards, be they steel, experience or progress towards orders. In the release of patch 1.06 this problem has extended all game modes. Gamers will not be satisfied with champion status if you make it useless by removing their ability to received post match loot and experience. This problem needs to be fixed ASAP and every gamer who gave you their hard earned money for this should be personally apologized to. Unfortunately this is simply impossible to do so I offer you this. For every day the game remains broken you refund each player in the game Three more days of champion status and 1000 steel, per-day, for any rewards the players missed out on. Or go back and find all the information for every match that didn't get rewards and actually grant them.

So now you have a community of gamers who literally boycotted you to be heard and you are releasing new content which can be purchased for In-Game currency. Wasn't one of the main issues around this event how hard steel is to get and how much everything in the game costs? Who thought that releasing characters that cost more then all the existing characters combined was a good Idea? I really want to know. If you really expect people to spend that much steel on them your crazy. Which is why I personally believe this is just an attempt to get people to get more people to buy these characters with real money. If that is the case then you should be ashamed of yourselves. You should be expecting what little player base you have left to abandon ship. This game has been given chance after chance by devoted fans and you have not missed a single chance to disappoint us.

Champion status (freebie)

2 days 1 hour left yet have been unable to gain anything from it due to the bug your trying to fix.
Not gotten any rewards for completing orders as just get servers are busy.

Thx for the 3 day champion status but it worth nothing right now i been 4 time disconnect from game i cant even finish the match ... nice reward

since the patch cause this damage to the game and we were not able to play for at least one day and that's equal to 2000+ steel (2 contracts = 800 steel + 6 orders = 900 steel in addition to the steel you are getting from playing the matchs), not to mention the XP you can get, it was more convient to offer steel instead of champion status which wont in anyhow compensate the amount of steel we could have, im totally not happy with this compensation.
