    Compensation after Ubisoft online outage (April 27th)

    Hello Warriors,

    Due to today's Ubisoft-wide outage and the associated issues in the game, we will be granting 3-day Champion Status on Friday, April 28th to all players on all platforms. It’s a rolling process and will take some time to complete. We expect the process to be finished by the end of the day Montreal time (EDT) on the 28th.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: for those not aware, the Champion Status does not start counting down the 3 days until you log in to the game. If you're away this weekend, or if you are still affected by game startup problems, it will be there waiting for you when you are next able to get in.*

    It's insane... your server it's a disaster...rewards not able....always kicked out from the game once i can get a battle..and all levels together not fair...then the funny part people should buy the season pass when they just paid for the game....for what for heroes that even they didn't see...at list let us play all together don't separate us...it's a good advertisement to make people buy the season pass.... you have a big issue guys in your team....
    Anyway the game it's really good but all the rest is disaster... hope you can work on it and the Marketing&Advertisement section wake up...or you gonna lose a lot of people and money..

    I couldn't play in the last few days at all. When joining a match I always got an error. I seriously hope Vivendi will take over the company and will implement a much better online infrastructure. This is now beyond incredible. That said, the gift Champion status is welcome and I'm thankful for that. I just wish it would never be needed.

    what use is compensation if i still cannot play the game . keeps giving me some message to delete a file thats on cloud which i cannot access . Way to go ubisoft major fail , i bought several games in the past from your company always something wrong that never got fixed . i doubt i will do so in the future as you seem unable and unwilling to do something about it

    on A FINAL NOTE finding any news about the game status is rediculous need to get to several pages to actually know the bloody game is down what is that about ? your site is a shambles to say the least a product of a disorganised mind

    Thanks fo nothing (but live in Hope)

    Nice to get free champion status
    Shame I am not getting anything from it as severs just keep saying they will give me rewards later as they are busy
    But as you know that's a lie
