Use gtx1080oc open maxout taa 4k still lag need to strengthen the optimization update and GPU 99% need optimization

Only 1080TI can play the game at 4k without going below 60fps

I'm running the 1080TI and I also have 99% GPU usage, before the patch the game ran way better

I also own 1080TI, and the game dips below 60 FPS, even at 1080p with ULTRA preset!
-all other games i own, even The Division - is running at around 100 FPS with the ULTRA preset.

This game screams for optimization

MEM: 16GB HyperX DDR4 2133MHz
GFX: MSI 1080TI Gaming X 11GB
Storage: 1TB Seagate SSHD
