I've been with Vikings from the start. I got the three chests but no other rewards. Is there something else I need to do to get the ornaments etc. or should I just be patient?

same here, iam on pc and got only 3 crates. iam viking and did not change the faction. a friend witch i played with got 8 crates and the ornaments right after the end of the season.

So I try to submit a ticket and get:

I'm viking since the beginning and didn't got the all the rewards, just the crates and the emblem outline, but not the head ornaments.

Only person who would say that would be a faction changer.... if you hadn't changed... why would you want everyone to have it?

Just make an event like you did when samurai won round 3 and u gave everyone their rightfully earned reward.

I been a Viking since the start.I did a live chat today with one of the Reps.they said i was not able to get it even if I was a viking the whole time!! I ask 12 times to speak with a supervisor he said no!!! and he cancelled the damn chat. I think I'm 100% done with Ubisoft all they do is screw you over!
