My way to solve the problem:

1. Reload the game (not sure that's necessary)
2. Cut folder "SoundPackages" to another place.
3. Start the game from UPlay.
4. It will ask to update the game. Click yes. It will create new folder "SoundPackages" with some files. (If you'll start the game, it will be without sound, but it's work).
5. Copy files from previous folder "SoundPackages" without overwritting. Just copy additional files.
6. Start the game from UPlay. In my case the game works fine, but some sounds missed (For me it's ok).

i start the game from UPlay but it's not ask to update the game,it's doesn't work,please help me...

Do something ubi!!!Why i have to play with Japan and China with 300+ ping, i'm from Russia. Why i don't play with Europe??? DO SOMETHING!!! 2 mouths this sh....
