Sorry all - what problems are you running into after today's PC update?
We had an issue with our matchmaking server and reset it after the 4:15 PC update. Please make sure to reboot and then try loading into the game. If you're still having problems, let me know what issues you're running into and report it to support as well so we can look into it. Thanks!

I've said it already, but reading takes too much effort huh?

But here we go... When I try to start the game, it will only get to the launcher screen and then a generic crash message shows up. That's all, and the useless support keeps telling me to follow steps that I have already followed before.

Sorry, I may have missed it from earlier. It can be tough trying to keep up with you all sometimes.
Did you have the crashing issue before today's update? Or it just started after the update we released this afternoon?
Sorry, but I'll also ask if you tried to do a reinstall - hopefully that will help and a file was just corrupted or something from the update.
Please also open a ticket with support to report the problem - you can PM me your ticket # after too!
Try restarting and see if that helps! Let me know how it goes and maybe you won't even need to go through support.

windows 10 up to date, directx installed, AV turned off, no sli, just did a clean un and reinstall and I cant get past http://imgur.com/z1SL0SH . splash screen, spinny wheel bottom right, doesn't crash no error. I had 0 issues until 1.06 two nights ago. Been F'd ever since.

i'm no guru but it mentions overlay in the last lines of error ; you could try disabling the ingame overlays from steam and uplay see if it helps.

*maybe even the game bar, if that's considered an overlay?

That fix the guy posted is only for EU accounts right?

i think so yeah. Im from Germany and for me the fix worked.

Update. Second uninstall deleting my games for honor folder and reinstall fixed.Now loads normaly, was too late last night when it finished, have not yet attempted to run a battle.
