I just wondered cause i have the same problem and i opened a ticket to tech support which suggest me to re-install game to C drive but i don't want to. I noticed that many people have already tried to re-install the game so i thought maybe drive can be the case but it is not as i can see.

The ones who have launch problems, is your game installed on C driver or some else? And did you try to reinstall it on C drive?

A friend reinstall all in C drive and same error!!! I will think better next time before spending money in a collectible version of ubi...

i reinstalled it all rd on deff drives still wont work, same error

Why would anyone believe when nothing at all has changed your end and a new patch has just been introduced into a game that has caused problems for dozens of totally unrelated people with a wide range of specs, that the problem is your end. Of course it's not your end.
